Welcome to the Scioto Woods Civic Association
The purpose of the Scioto Woods Civic Association is to serve the common interests of the community through the promotion, protection, and preservation of home ownership, community spirit and pride in the Scioto Woods subdivision. It is the intention of the SWCA to promote civic pride and neighborhood care, as well as provide a platform for residents to communicate on issues that challenge our neighborhood. The SWCA seeks to provide fun, interactive ways for residents to get to know each other through group volunteer efforts, neighborhood gatherings, and a variety of committees. SWCA is a voluntary association.
Scioto Woods is a quaint neighborhood on the West side of Columbus, Ohio, located within minutes of Upper Arlington, Hilliard, The Ohio State University, and downtown Columbus. Built in the early 1990’s, the subdivision is nestled in a wooded area across from the popular Raymond Memorial Golf Course and complimented by the Scioto River Watershed. Winding streets, scenic creek views, and mature trees provide a soft, personal neighborhood feel for its residents. With the suburban, campus, and downtown atmosphere at its very fingertips, Scioto Woods is right in the middle of the many happenings that Columbus has to offer.
